What do you suggest? And please withhold suggestions to throw it all in the compost pile!

I know plenty of folks who wouldn’t waste their time with something that isn’t “proper bonsai material,” but I am the type who enjoys figuring out what to do with unusual material. It’s a puzzle… a challenge!

So here’s today’s challenge: This pot broke over the winter so I need to repot this juniper. What angle should I pot it for a future design? It’s showing some strength and I might consider doing some work on it this year. But as you can see below, it is a crazy curvy thing! I have provided a sequence of images each rotating counter clockwise from the one before.

Suggest an image number as a front, then suggest a planting angle based on that front. I’m also happy to hear any styling suggestions for future work.
